Uneven experience. Some good, some not so much

hovering staff stuffy room

The 'breakfast is served' concept sounds nice, but it felt awkward. my dietary needs meant i had my own food. The staff kept hovering and commenting on how i prepared it. it felt too personal. also, my room was small and stuffy. i was under the roof with windows facing inside so fresh air was not really an option.

superb venue beautiful decor helpful staff

the rooftop venue is superb for breakfast. i found the decor beautiful. the staff took our luggage to the hotel. the rooms had much thought put into them.

the glass bathroom door seemed a bit odd to me.

mixed feelings

small room breakfast service

the location was very good for accessing the historic centre.

My room was not great. it was quite small and felt stuffy because the only windows faced an interior patio. I really missed having fresh air. also the breakfast service felt intrusive. The staff seemed to hover and made comments about my dietary choices, which i found unprofessional.
